Michael D. O'Neill Veterans Scholarship Endowment

The Fund will provide scholarships to students enrolled in or admitted to the University of Wyoming, subject to the following criteria:

• United States Military Veteran
• Have at least senior standing
• Study in the College of Business
• First preference for students minoring in Banking and Financial Services, or the successors thereof
• Second preference for students majoring in Finance or Economics, or the successors thereof
