Share the Care of Leah Scholarship Fund

To make scholarship grants to undergraduate students at the University of Wyoming. To be eligible for this scholarship award an applicant must be entering disciplines and/or pursuing careers in teaching, physical therapy, massage therapy, nursing, social work, audiology/speech pathology, medicine and/or art therapy.

Preference will be given to applicants with personal experience in care giving which has motivated them to pursue a career in the healing and helping professions and who have financial need. This scholarship is funded to honor the friends of Leah Griffin who volunteered to share in her care while she battled ALS/Lou Gehrig’s disease during 2006-2009.
