Richard M Baker Scholarship
Scholarship grants to students enrolled in the University of Wyoming. To be eligible for this scholarship award an applicant must be a citizen of the United States or otherwise legally residing in the US, though preference shall be given to students who are Wyoming residents. Eligible students shall be enrolled for at least six credit hours per semester and shall be non-traditional students as defined by the institution. First-time recipients are required to have a GPA of 2.0 or better for their first semester on a 4.0 scale, or equivalent. Thereafter, the scholarships may be renewed if the recipient receives each semester a 2.5 or better on a 4.0 scale, or equivalent. There are no restrictions on the number of semesters that a recipient may receive the scholarship, as long as the recipient is making satisfactory progress toward a degree or certificate.
