Casper Rotary Foundation Scholarship for the University of Wyoming - Casper

Scholarship support to full-time non-traditional students attending the University of Wyoming – Casper.

To be eligible for this scholarship, the recipient must be:

  1. a non-traditional student (examples of non-traditional status include, but are not limited to, having had at least a one-year break from attending high school or an institution of higher education; at least 25 years of age; veteran or active duty military; married; responsible for dependents; or single parent);
  2. a degree-seeking student enrolled at the University of Wyoming – Casper;
  3. and, enrolled full-time (requiring not less than 12 credit hours per semester).

The scholarship may be used for tuition, books, and/or room and board at the institution. Annual awards will be paid in equal halves over two semesters ($750 per successive semester); the second half of the award will only be given if the student remains in “good standing” and also meets the above criteria.

Recipients must make a brief presentation (+/- five minutes) to at least one of the Casper Rotary Clubs regarding their award, school trajectory, career goals, etc. Completion of application is required.
