The Richard and Joyce Thorvaldson Clark Scholarship

Funds shall be used to award scholarship grants to incoming freshman and undergraduate students who are graduates of a high school in Laramie County, Wyoming and are enrolled or plan to enroll in the Department of Agriculture and Applied Economics at the University of Wyoming College of Agriculture and Natural Resources. Scholastic achievement and financial need shall be considered when selecting the recipient of scholarship awards from this fund.
