Laramie Chamber Business Alliance Ag Appreciation Scholarship

Students who are pursuing a degree program in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources. Preference shall be given to students: (1) from Albany County; (2) who have a minimum GPA of 3.0; and (3) who conduct community service.

The Laramie Chamber Business Alliance is a non-profit organization with a mission to lead the community in the improvement of the local business environment, creation of jobs, and growth of the local tax base. Agriculture is an important factor in our economy. The funds for this scholarship are from the Ag Appreciation Banquet which is an annual event held to show appreciation to the people in the agricultural industry, create networking opportunities, and raise funds for agricultural organizations. The intention of this scholarship is to help our youth pursue a degree in agriculture and further their education.
