Winninger-Sigma Chi Scholarship for Excellence

Chuck Winninger is a proud 1973 graduate of the University of Wyoming (UW) and a Sigma Chi alum. As a ranch kid from Meeteetse, Wyoming, population 300, UW and Sigma Chi afforded Chuck the opportunity to build diverse friendships and enjoy experiences that are his most cherished memories in life. Chuck served as pledge trainer, membership chairman, and Consul during his three years as an active brother.
