Leo Tsimbinos Memorial Scholarship

Leo Tsimbinos was the brother of Spiros Tsimbinos. Leo was born in New York and moved to Cheyenne in October 1989. For 26 years, Leo proudly served as an Adopt-a-School partner and was a Cheyenne East High School ambassador. He started out as a volunteer with 4-H and FF A and was an advocate for all children across the state who spent a lifetime in pursuit of a better education and childhood experience by petitioning for school funds. This scholarship was created to honor his memory and dedication to the students at Cheyenne East High School.
