Curriculum & Instruction Student Travel Grant

Preference for funding from C&I is given to students who are presenting and a graduate student in Curriculum and Instruction program, within College of Education as priority. Support will also be given to students who are only attending a conference and a graduate student in Curriculum and Instruction. Graduate students within the College of Education will be reviewed next. Lastly graduate students outside of the College of Education and/or Curriculum & Instruction will be reviewed as needed. $200 to $250 will be awarded once per semester per student, as long as funding is available, and is distributed on a first come first serve basis and funding need. Preference will be given to students who have not received funding within the annual year. After travel is complete, students must submit a receipt for their conference registration before they will receive funds. Please note, graduate students who are presenting may also apply to the Education Dean’s Office and Academic Affairs for additional support of up to $250 each. Please be aware that awards will be made on a rolling basis so therefore students should not wait until the deadline to apply.
