A P Libby Scholarship (Irene S. Libby Scholarship)

Applicants must be “worthy male students”, majoring in geology, and be graduates of a Park County, Wyoming High School and be residents of Park County, Wyoming.
Recipients shall be selected by a committee of four comprised of the Superintendent of the High Schools of Cody, Meeteetse, and Powell, Wyoming; and the Head of the Geology Department of the University of Wyoming.
