Alfred E Pete Carlstrum Scholarship

This fund shall be used to make scholarship grants to students from Pine Bluffs High School enrolled or accepted for enrollment at the University of Wyoming. In selecting students to receive scholarships, the Committee may exercise its discretion regarding other criteria to be employed but shall give consideration to character, scholastic ability, and financial need. The recipients need not necessarily be freshmen, but may be of any class level at the University.

Recipients shall be selected by a Committee composed of all the officers of the Pine Bluffs High School Alumni Association from names submitted by the principal of Pine Bluffs High School or his designated representative.
