Clarence A Brimmer Scholars Program

Fund shall be used for the purpose of making scholarship awards to students enrolled in the College of Law at the University of Wyoming who are entering their third year of law school and who have demonstrated a high level of overall excellence in the first two years of law school.

Factors indicating excellence shall include but not be limited to: outstanding scholarship (class rank, grade point average, and service on law review), service to the community (the UW College of Law, the city of Laramie, the state of Wyoming, and the Wyoming State Bar) and demonstrated leadership in the UW College of Law and the community.

Recipients of the scholarship or scholarships, as the case may be, shall be selected by The Clarence A. Brimmer Scholars Program Scholarship Committee as appointed by the Dean of the College of Law.
