Libby Johnson Memorial Scholarship

Applicants must have graduated from a high school in Carbon County, Wyoming (excluding students from Rawlins High School). If all Carbon County high school graduates have been awarded funds and additional income remains, graduates of Rawlins High School may then be considered. If, after this, there still remain funds in a given year to be awarded, then any eligible students from Wyoming who meet the other, non-geographical criteria can apply for and receive these funds. Applicants must have satisfactorily completed at least one full year of college study. Any single scholarship award shall not exceed one-half of the average cost of attending the University for one academic year.
