Bernice McWhinnie Memorial Scholarship

Two awards will be made to a Laramie High School Senior female to attend the University of Wyoming. Selection is to be based on financial need, scholarship, and school and community citizenship. Equal consideration will be given to each qualification.

Three applicants will be chosen by the Laramie Senior High School Principal to be interviewed by a committee at the University of Wyoming.
