Howard I Downer Wyoming State FFA Officers Scholarship

Applicants must be a current or past state officer of Wyoming’s FFA organization; have made a significant contribution to the FFA organization; have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or better (on a 4.0 point scale); and have demonstrated leadership potential through their participation in FFA, 4-H, school or community activities. **First preference will be given to a student enrolled in the College of Agriculture. The scholarship is renewable and may be granted to the same student for successive years as along as that student is making satisfactory progress toward a degree.
