Endowment for Playwriting

This excellence fund shall be used to encourage and support the writing and performance of original dramatic works through the University of Wyoming, so that young playwrights will expand the dramatic corpus. One of the many ways of achieving this goal is by expanding the annual festival and naming it the Douglas B. Reeves Playwriting Festival; others include visiting playwrights, travel for students and faculty, awards for plays, engagement of actors, production costs, or whatever other needs arise. The DONOR intends that there be broad discretion.
