Bob and Imogene Blom Education Scholarship Fund

This fund shall be used to make scholarship grants to undergraduate students pursuing their first bachelor’s degree and enrolled in the College of Education at the University of Wyoming. To be eligible for this scholarship award, the successful applicant shall be majoring in either Elementary education and/or special education; with preference given in priority order to: (1) students graduated from Saratoga (WY) High School, then (2) students graduated from any high school in Carbon County (WY), then (3) students graduated from any Wyoming high school in a town with a population of less than 5,000, then (4) students graduated from any Wyoming high school. The intent of the donor is to award the scholarship to one student annually with the award split evenly between the fall and spring semesters, on a recurring basis for as long as the selected student remains eligible under the aforementioned criteria.
