Alfred M and Mary Lou Pence Pine Bluffs Scholarship

Fund shall be used to provide scholarship support to a high school student in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming, selected by the superintendent and a committee of faculty appointed by him/her in April of each academic year, which student shall, in the judgment of the superintendent and his/her consultants, have the greatest life potential in continuing education in business or professional entertainment and shall be possessed of a deep and sincere sense of patriotism and loyalty to his/her community and the basic precepts of his or her nation.
